2005 Show Winners


The young stallion, Xhileration, competed in the Eastern League International Jumper Futurity Finals for four-year olds in November of 2005 (after only 9 1/2 weeks of professional training) and successfully completed both phases. He was awarded an Honorable Mention in "Type and Movement".

His Grand Prix jumper rider/trainer, Laurie Jakabouskas, commented on his intelligence and willingness by saying, "...he came along quicker than any young horse that I have worked with."

Xhileration will be competing in the Young Jumper Championships in 2006 and will also be standing his first season at stud.

Baltic Jubilation and owner, Cindy Latham, had a very good 2005 show year!

They ended the year winning 1st place in the USDF's All Breeds Awards - 3rd Level Open with a median score of 66.667%. Congratulations!

Katarina Antens-Miller and her stallion, L.A. Baltic Sunrise, had a fabulous show season in 2005!

They finished tied for 13th place (out of 54 horse/rider combinations) in the USDF's Adult Amateur Award: FEI - Intermediaire I with a median score of 63.500%. This award is open to adult amateurs across the U.S. who achieve a median score of 58.00% or above.

Katarina and "Sunrise" also took first place in the USDF's 2005 All Breeds Awards - AA:FEI - Intermediaire I with the same median score of 63.500%. This award is open to Swedish Warmbloods showing at this level.

L.A. Baltic Sunrise was bred by Los Alamos Dressage Center, he stands at stud at Sunrise Stud, Inc.. Katarina and "Sunrise" are trained by Gail Hoff-Carmona.

On October 16, 2005 she and her horse, LCA Easy Livin', finished 3rd in the Training Level (Jr/Yr) Championship Competition at the East Coast Regional Dressage Association Championship Show in Mt. Holly, NJ.

Congratulations to Wilfrid Cassette (above) of Saco, ME and his champion three year old stallion, Conquistador, by L.A. Baltic Inspiration.

On September 20, 2005, in Saco, ME, Conquistador was inspected and tested by judges from the Swedish Warmblood Association and approved as a SWB Stallion!

Recently, Conquistador was named Grand Champion, Young Horse Champion, Colt Champion and winner of the 3 year old colts and geldings classes at Pineland Farms, New Gloucester, ME in August, 2005.  At Pineland Farms, he scored 78.6% to win the 3 year old colt class and at another show at Breezy Meadows, Saco, ME, he won that class with a 73.4%!

In addition to winning "In-Hand", Conquistador also won the under saddle Materiale Class with a score of 76.4% at Pineland Farms.

More recently, on August 27, 2005, at the Broadfields Breed Show in Maine, Conquistador took Reserve Champion with a score of 78.200%!

Congratulations to Omega and owner/rider Jean Tulimieri! On September 11, 2005 they were named Reserve Champion in the Adult Equitation Division at The Pines Open Horse Show in Glastonbury, CT.

Omega was bred by Patty Girardalis of Freehold, NJ and is owned by Jean Tulimieri of Amston, CT.


The photo on the right was taken at "Beija's" first show. Since then she's done three more. At her most recent one, she competed at Training Level and finished qualifying for the USDF and the California Dressage Society's Annual Championships! To qualify, a horse rider combination must have five qualifying scores of 65% or better from four different judges. Judge Lilo Fore gave her a 69.2% and Judge William Solyntges gave her a 70.4%.

Beija-Flor was bred and is owned by Dee Laine of Novato, CA.

Congratulations to Mary and Laura Chapot! Prophecy, ridden by Laura Chapot, finished 2nd in two classes and 6th in another to garner the Level 3 Jumper Reserve Championship at HITS On The Hudson IV (July 20-24).

Prophecy is a 2000 daughter of L.A. Baltic Inspiration. She is an "Embryo Transplant" baby. Her mother, Straight Talk was a champion open jumper.

Prophecy was bred by Mary Chapot and is owned by Laura Chapot of Neshanic Station, NJ.

More recently (August, 2005) "Pia" scored a 71.7% in the yearling class at another show in Waterloo, MI. The judge was Lilo Fore. She also won the Swedish class with a score of 73.0%! (See photos on right.)

Piaceri was bred by Don Cammiso of Purcellville, VA and she is owned by Courtney and Donna Moulton of Mason, MI.



Congratulations to Courtney and Donna Moulton on their recent success at a breed show in Waterloo, MI. This was "Pia's" first outing and she won the yearling class with a score of 72.6% with a professional handler. In her Swedish class, Courtney showed her and "Pia" won this class too with a score of 72.7%.
